Perfect Venue

Perfect Venue offers an API so that you can easily integrate Perfect Venue with your other tools

Accounts - Sync the different companies and organizations 

Contacts - Sync contact information such as their name, email, phone number, and other key information

Events - Sync Leads, Tentative Events, Confirmed Events, and Completed events along with key information

Locations - Sync your different active venues

Sync events between Perfect Venue and 7shifts.

Perfect Venue has a seamless integration with 7shifts, enhancing event management capabilities and ensuring consistent scheduling across platforms.

How do I connect Perfect Venue with 7shifts?

Within Perfect Venue, head into Integrations under Settings and click the green "Connect" button next to 7shifts.

*Please note you need to be logged out of 7shifts completely before clicking the "Connect" button. 

4. You will now be redirected back to Perfect Venue. From there, click the "Configure" button

5. Select your venue from the dropdown and click the red "Confirm" button

Yay! Perfect Venue & 7shifts are now integrated

*Please note: An event in Perfect Venue needs to have a date, start time & end time in order for it to show up within 7shifts.

 automatically sync your existing confirmed events. In order to sync existing confirmed events, the status of the event must be changed to Lead then back to Confirmed or Balance Due in order to appear in 7shifts.

When you create an event in Perfect Venue with a status of "Confirmed" or "Balance Due", an event will automatically be created in 7shifts.

Updating an existing Perfect Venue event to "Confirmed" or "Balance Due" will trigger the creation of a corresponding event in 7shifts.

Any changes made to the date, start time, or end time of an event in Perfect Venue will be instantly reflected in 7shifts.

This ensures that your team is always up-to-date with the latest event details without needing to manually update multiple systems.

Deleting an event in Perfect Venue will automatically remove the corresponding event from 7shifts.

If you're using Rex, you can have your private party inquiries go directly into Perfect Venue.

Scroll to Event Inquiry Title, add in a name like "Event Inquiry"

Paste in your Perfect Venue contact form link

How to Connect Rex with Perfect Venue

Prismm is an event and floor planning platform to create 2D and 3D floor plans

You will first need to get setup with a Prismm account, if you don't have one already!

Once the integration is set up, Prismm will allow you to make custom floor plans, and they will be accessible within your event in Perfect Venue.

Select "connect" to the right hand side of Prismm. 

Once you are connected, a "Floor Plans" tab will appear at the top right corner of each event. From there, you can click the "Create Event" button and an event will automatically be created in Prismm.

Important information: Event name, date, start time, group size, and event type must be set before creating an event.

After a Prismm event is created, the screen will then show a button that links to the event in Prismm. 

How to Connect Prismm (formerly AllSeated) to Perfect Venue

If you're using The Knot or Wedding Wire, you can have your event inquiries go directly to Perfect Venue.

We've created a unique email address for you to plug into your contact info with The Knot and Wedding Wire. This will allow you to easily organize your leads all in one place. New leads will automatically land in your Perfect Venue dashboard, and all you will have to do is 

Here is how to set up the integration for The Knot

Copy the email address listed for The Knot

Go to Storefront, then click Contact Info

Paste the email address from Perfect Venue into the "Email Address" field

Copy the email address listed for Wedding Wire

Go to Storefront, then click Business Information

Head to the Private Events Page in BentoBox

If you are not using the Private Event template, you may not have that option (you can change the template type on the right-hand side).

Turn the "Don't Display BentoBox Form" to be ON

Add in Your Code Snippet Below - Make Sure to Insert Your Link!

Copy-paste the below code into the box. Make sure to copy-paste your contact form link into the section that says 

 below. (to find your contact form link follow the steps outlined 

Once you are done, it will look like this! Publish your changes, and test it out!

How to Connect Your BentoBox Inquiry Form to Perfect Venue

If you're using OpenTable, you can have your private party inquiries go directly into Perfect Venue.

If you don't have OpenTable's Private Dining feature turned on, below is what it would look like to a guest on your OpenTable page. When guests fill out the OpenTable Private Dining form, a new lead will automatically be created in Perfect Venue!

Scroll down to "OpenTable" and hit "copy" next to the link

Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines on top-left corner)

Paste the email you copied for Perfect Venue into the event coordinator/notification email field. 

Note: If you haven't signed up for OpenTable Private Dining yet - you will first need to sign up.

How to Connect OpenTable with Perfect Venue

If you're using Tock, you can have your private party inquiries go directly into Perfect Venue.

Scroll down to "Tock" and hit "copy" next to the link

Go to private events and enable the "private events request form"

Paste in the email address from Perfect Venue

Please note: If you were previously using Tripleseat's API - make sure to disconnect Tripleseat from Tock. If you do not do this step, your leads will not populate in Perfect Venue.

How do I connect my Facebook page to Perfect Venue?

1. Head to your businesses' Facebook page

If you already are using your button, it will say "edit".

5. Insert your contact form link. To find your contact form link:

Click the "copy contact form link" button

6. Hit "save" and you will be good to go!

Connecting Your Facebook Page to Perfect Venue

Automatically pull your contacts from Perfect Venue into Mailchimp and Constant Contact for a streamlined email marketing process.

How can I connect my Mailchimp and Constant Contact accounts?

Note: These steps should be followed for both integrations!

Click "Use Zap" to be redirected to Zapier's Zap builder

Click Sign In and input your Perfect Venue login credentials

Next, head into the Test tab to configure your Perfect Venue workflow step and verify that the Contact fields are accurate

If everything looks good, Continue with the selected record

Next, you're going to connect your Mailchimp or Constant Contact account

Next click Continue in the bottom right corner to be prompted to log into your Mailchimp or Constant Contact account


Enter credentials and click allow to authorize

Next, in the Action tab, you will create the audience that you want your marketing contacts to live in

Ensure that your Status says Subscribed. This will allow emails to be sent to the contact

Click continue to review your Zap & if everything looks good, Test your step!

Hooray, it worked! Now you can Publish your Zap!

Now, every time a contact is created in Perfect Venue, it will sync to your audience, making it easy to send marketing emails.
