Connecting to your website will ensure new leads are automatically created in Perfect Venue!

1. Find Your Contact Form Link in Perfect Venue

Head to settings → contact form, and toggle to "connect" 

2. Add Your Contact Form Link to Your Website

Go to your website editor/builder (if you don't manage your website, just send your website manager these instructions)

Add a call to action button to your website (button name ideas: Plan Your Party, Book Your Event, Contact Us)

How to Connect Your Website to Perfect Venue

On our Premium plan, you can add a more branded experience, improved conversion tracking, and integrate with Google analytics.

You can embed your contact form on your website and add a redirect URL for a more branded experience. This also makes it easier to track conversions using Google Analytics and other tools.

more advanced feature, it is only available on the Premium Plan

. If you would like to upgrade to the Premium Plan, go to the "Organization" tab in the Settings and scroll down to upgrade your venue.

How do I add the embedded contact form to my website?

Select the "embed contact form" section, and hit "copy" underneath the code. You can also add a re-direct URL if you'd like (optional).


Paste the code into your website or send it to your web developer. Note that the code is more advanced to implement than the regular contact form, so you may need to look up how to add custom code or HTML to your website.

If you would like to use the re-direct URL for conversion tracking, head to Google Analytics (or your analytics platform of choice) and add a conversion for that re-direct URL. Here's

. Make sure to select "Destination" and then add the re-direct URL to the goal details.

If you are using Wix, do not use the redirect URL as Wix blocks it as of now.

How to Add the Embedded Contact Form to Your Website

The contact form is completely customizable in settings!

Your contact form is one of the most important part of you events process, which is why we make it entirely customizable. We provide systems field that can be added or removed, and a live preview of your contact form so see exactly what your guest will see! 

Please note: We do require first name, email, and tell us about your event fields to stay on your contact form.

How do I adjust system fields on my contact form?

You will see a list of fields on the left hand side of your screen. 

Click into the field you would like to adjust, and toggle the check boxes off if you would like it to be removed, or check them both off if you would like the field to be required! 

Scroll to the bottom of the "fields" section and select "add field"

Type in what you would like the “field name” to be

Select the “field type” (single line text, multi line text, dropdown, or multiple choice)

Check off whether you would like this field “visible” or “required” on the contact form

Once you hit the “save” button, the contact form updates in real time on your website, which you will be able to preview on the right hand side of your settings page!

Go through the same steps listed above to add custom fields to your BEOs and Guest Documents. Instead of clicking “visible” or “required” just click the boxes labeled “BEO” and “Guest Docs.”

You can connect your Embedded Contact Form to a Google Tag Manager container. This is useful if you want to track conversions when a visitor to your website submits the embedded version of the form.

To get started, simply add the ID of the GTM container you'd like to connect:

At this point, Google Tag Manager will be loaded in the iframe along with your Embedded Contact Form. When a guest submits the form, you should receive a GTM event named "perfect-venue-contact-form-submit".
